2026 Spring Little League Baseball

Welcome to Laguna Niguel Little League!

A player’s “League Age” is the age they will be on 9/1/2026

Divisions Overview

Sandlot Divisions (League Age 4–9)

Tee Ball (4–6): One Saturday practice/game combo + optional weekday practice.

Rookie (5–7):* One Saturday game + one weekday practice *League Age 5–6 may play Rookie with 1 year Tee Ball experience.

Single A (7–9): One Saturday game + one weekday practice.

*League age 6 year olds who have played one spring season of rookie may register for Single A upon player agent approval. Please email [email protected]

Sandlot divisions help kids learn the basics of baseball—hitting, throwing, catching, and fielding—while also learning how to work as a team. In Single A, kids start to pitch to each other and games become a little more competitive. Teams are created by random placement or by the division commissioner.

Drafted Divisions (League Age 8–16)

AA (8–10)

AAA (9–11)

Majors (11–12)

Intermediate 50/70 (12–13)

*10-year-olds who have played one or more AAA spring season may be considered for Majors at a parent’s request. To be considered for the Majors draft, please email [email protected] at least 48 hours before evaluations.

Drafted divisions consist of two practices per week + one midweek game + one Saturday game.

👉 Note: All players registering for AA and above MUST attend evaluations and pay the registration fee. If a player is not drafted into the division they registered for, any difference in fees will be refunded.

AA, AAA, MAJORS and Intermediate.

Player Evaluations will be held on 1/10/26

Challenger Division (Ages 4–18)

Little League’s adaptive program for players with physical or intellectual challenges (up to age 22 if still in school).

Early Bird Registration ($35 off): Oct 1 – Oct 31, 2025

Regular Registration: Nov 1 – Nov 30, 2025

Late Registration: Dec 1- Dec 31, 2025 a $50 late fee will apply
