Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that result in a player needing to withdraw their registration. 

Our refund policy for Spring Baseball is as follows:

  • Before December 1st,  prior to the spring season: Full refund
  • On or after December 1st, but before January 1st,  prior to the spring season: 50% refund
  • On or after January 1st,  prior to the spring season: No refund

Our refund policy for Fall Baseball is as follows:

  • Before July 15th,  prior to the fall season: Full refund
  • On or after July 15th, but before August 15th,  prior to the fall season: 50% refund
  • On or after August 15th,  prior to the fall season: No refund

Note: A $10 refund servicing fee will be withheld from all refunds for credit card transactions in order to cover our cost of issuing a refund.
